College Football vs. HIPAA

College football rules the country from September to January, but who would think to link football and HIPAA legislation? WSU coach Mike Leach has, and he takes it very seriously. Read his reasons while he doesn’t release any information regarding his players heath/ injuries. Are other coaches violating HIPAA or is Leach just overcautious?
