Provides a monitoring system as well as the 365 X 24 X 7 Network Operations Center (NOC) services capable of monitoring the network and associated devices, alerting by email, text and phone the customer assigned network managers for critical issues. The NOC will also manage circuit provider support to address down or poor operating circuits by opening the service ticket with the carrier and providing the follow up with the carrier until the circuit failure is resolved.
Other network monitoring solutions and even full service NOC solutions do not provide the complete system logging function often required for analysis of issues that were not captured initially. This will include data and alarms from firewalls, routers, switches, servers and storage systems to provide an ongoing real time and historical data set to be reviewed by the customer network management resources with support from the ICS network engineers as needed.
The centralized dashboard is provided not only to the NOC resources that manage the network and monitor it for issues but also to the customer network managers throughout the company for real time status of the network and the associated devices.
